Friends on Friday is a friendly group of mostly pensioners who meet together on Friday mornings between 10am and noon to chat, drink coffee or tea and eat cake! Newspapers, puzzles and board games are available. The more nimble may play table tennis and snooker. All are welcome, both ladies and gentlemen – there is usually a good mixture! Some are quite young while others are over ninety, so nobody should feel out of place. There is a short Christian thought for the day given by a different person each week.

The Fellowship Centre is next door to Beacon Hill School in Black Tiles Lane – the road beside the pub. There is a large car park and we have the usual disabled facilities. There is no formal membership and people come and go when they wish, so give us a try!
